Thursday Food

Breakfast: Smoothie

  • 1.5 scoops Met-Rx Vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1-1/3 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries

Snacks:

  • White Chocolate ThinkThin Bar
  • ~50g almonds (between 1/3 and 1/2 cup)

Dinner: Scrambled eggs

  • Two whole eggs
  • 1/2 cup egg whites 
  • 7oz tuna steak
  • 2.5 tbsp feta cheese

Post-Dinner: Smoothie

  • 1 scoop Met-Rx vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup mango

Stats:

  • 1675 calories
  • 174g protein (40%)
  • 133g carbs (31%)
  • 55g fat (29%)

Stats are right on!

Now it’s 10:30am on Friday and I’ve already eaten the equivalent of everything I ate up to 11pm yesterday (smoothie, protein bar, almonds). No worries sometimes that’s how it goes! Now I am off to the gym for a leg workout.
