Maintenance Eating

I wanted to take advantage of my major grocery shopping trip, so I made scrambled eggs and vegetables for dinner.

  • 2 whole eggs
  • 1/2 cup liquid egg whites
  • yellow squash
  • red bell pepper
  • mushrooms
  • spinach
  • fresh garlic
  • 1/4 avocado
  • seasoned with pepper and garlic and topped with hot sauce!

It doesn’t look too pretty here but it was definitely delicious!

Today I also ate:

  • apple
  • 2 veggie patties from Subway
  • handful of almonds
  • 18 oz container of plain 0% greek yogurt with frozen raspberries, blueberries, and walnuts
  • ThinkThin white chocolate protein bar

I’m not counting calories/macros right now because I’m doing a 3.5 week maintenance! I will start again next Monday, April 9. (I might tally them up at the end of the day anyway to see how I’m doing on my own)

Now I am off to the gym for a leg workout!
